Frankie is a 13 month old Brussels Griffon.  He weighs 16.2 pounds and has been neutered.  

We assume that Frankie has been a stray since he was a puppy.  He was found at someone's home and after some time and patience she was able to trap him.  He was neutered and given his shots and unfortunately got out of his harness because he was scared. Luckily he was trapped again and brought to our vet's office for safety.

Frankie needs a foster home or a furever home where he can be worked with.  He has never offered to bite, but he is very afraid of humans.  Either he was abused or just never had the opportunity to bond with any human.

Right now he is kept only indoors.  We would like for him to be able to go outside, but he will need to be leashed on a rope leash and be on a harness that he cannot get out of.  This will need to be done in a fenced area so if he gets out of the leashes hopefully the fence will keep him in.  

We don't feel it would take long for him to learn to trust, but he needs a kind, caring person to work with him.  He does well with dogs, but we haven't tried him with cats.
