We'd like to introduce Clara Belle, a Black and Tan 18 month old Coonhound. One part Clara Barton (with a big courageous heart) and one part Southern Belle (because she is completely sweet like tea down South) this girl is sure to win your heart (she has ours!).
She loves an afternoon car ride. She keeps her seat and travels well. She is a little bit curious about all the smells her hound dog nose encounters, so she can pull a bit on the leash when walking, but with practice that might improve.
She loves attention and is eager to please. She is housebroken and knows how to sit, give paw, and lay down. She loves other dogs and kids. She doesn't like to be alone so we feel that she'd do best in a home with at least one other dog.
She is up to date on vaccines and she is heart worm negative. She is spayed and on heart worm preventative. She needs a fenced in yard for potty and playtime - but we feel that she should be an inside dog. She is trained on an electric fence.
