Bear is in dire need of a loving home. Currently he lives in an outdoor pen that has a doghouse at a neighbor’s home next to where his owner lives. His owner had him chained to a wall in a single room that has no heat, electricity or water. The neighbor felt sorry for him and put him in her large dog pen.

He is a smart dog, answering to his name and is getting to know some commands. He weighs 63 pounds and is around 1 to 2 years old. He is not leash trained or house broken. He has completed his shots and has not been neutered. He is a very loving dog who craves attention and affection. The owner is willing to have Bear adopted as soon as possible.
