Meet Josie Ann. This precious little girl was abandoned and left in a cage at the side door of a vet clinic! The clinic staff found her waiting all alone...scared and confused. Josie is suffering from flea bite dermatitis. This is why you see red bumps and thinning hair in her photos. This is easily treated with medication and flea prevention. Josie's skin will clear up and her hair will grow back, but she is beautiful no matter what!
Josie Ann is doing well in her foster home. She is getting along with dogs and cats. Her foster mom says that she is a real sweetheart and enjoys being cuddled!
Josie is around 18 months of age and weighs 13 pounds. She appears to be a purebred Lhasa Apso.
