Penelope-Claire was seen being set out of a car at a local park.  The car sped off leaving little Penelope stranded in the cold rain.  Luckily, because someone saw this happen, the police were called and picked her up before she was hurt. 

Penelope-Claire is around 22 months old and is a short haired  Chihuahua mix.  She weighs around 10 pounds at this time.

Penelope was adopted to a wonderful home but has recently decided to start fights with her sister.  The family had to make the heartbreaking decision to bring her back to us:( Her parents called her Madeline Rose or Maddie for short.  She is potty trained and crate trained.  She loves to ride and is a huge snuggler!!  Penelope loves to retrieve toys but you have to watch that she doesn't pull the stuffing out.

Her past family feels that she needs to either be an only dog or be placed with a dog that is larger than she is.  Penelope is a sweet, loving and a wonderful dog with humans.  She would benefit greatly with some obedience training if her new family is up for it.
