There is no one word to describe Dudley Do-Right.  He is charismatic, comical, determined, playful, zany, and downright loveable!  He has round, soulful eyes that speak volumes.  Dudley's cuteness alone demands attention everywhere he goes...and he loves every minute of it!  He enjoys interacting with people and prefers to be toted around so he can have a bird's eye view of all the action around him! 

Dudley is currently sporting his "lion" hair-do because his hair was all matted and had to be shaved off!  However, we have discovered that his hair-do fits his personality perfectly.  Dudley thinks he is the size of a lion and will waltz right up to any size dog to bark and growl letting them know who is boss!  Unfortnately for him, most dogs just look at him and laugh silently!  

Dudley is around 18 months old and weighs 7 pounds.  He is believed to be a Papillon/Maltese mix.  He does well with children, but should not be placed in a home with small kids since, regardless of his own beliefs, he is a tiny, delicate dog!  Dudley has an alpha personality and tries to challenge most all dogs that he meets.  We are working on correcting this behavior and he is doing much better interacting with other small dogs.  He should not be placed in a home with dogs over 15-20 pounds for his own safety.  He does better with female dogs, but is working on making some male doggie friends too!

Dudley's favorite tv show is "The Voice."  That's because he likes to use his voice alot!  He doesn't like to be left alone or crated and will bark for you to come back.  He would not make a good apartment dog for this reason.  

Dudley loves to curl up in bed with you and sleeps all through the night.  He wants to be right with you at all times.  He is almost house-trained, but still needs to be taken out every few hours (except during the night).  

Dudley is a magnificent little guy who deserves a wonderful forever home with a family that will spoil him rotten (while, at the same time, keeping him in check)!
