Bean was on the fast path to the local animal shelter for euthanasia when a good samaritan intervened.  He was only 7 weeks old at the time and was terrified! 

Bean is now 6 months old and has proven himself to be a wonderful and loving family dog.  We believe he is a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix.  He has a long body and short, stocky legs...adorable!  

Bean can be a little shy at first, but warms up quickly to you and enjoys being held and cuddled.  He weighs around 18 pounds now and will grow to be about 20-25 pounds.  Bean is a true gentleman and is cherished at his foster home.  He is a great companion and a fun dog to be around.  He does well with other dogs and even cats!!
