Figaro is an adult male Chihuahua/Penguin mix.  He is about 2 years old and weighs 5.8 pounds.  He is absolutely adorable and a little shy.  We just recently rescued him from the pound so that he wouldn't be put to sleep.  There are only 2 Chihuahua/Penguin mixes in the world so we need to save the species!!!  His proper name is a Chipeng, very rare.

No seriously, we are not sure what he is mixed with and as you can see we will do anything to save these dogs.
