Frosty is a 3 year old Shih Tzu mix, he weighs 9.8 pounds. We got Frosty from the animal shelter so we don't know anything about his past.
He is a friendly little guy who likes other dogs. Frosty would do best with a family that is home more often and another dog to play with.
