We would like for you to meet Daisy. Poor Daisy was ready to give birth and she was trying to find a safe place to go. She found a home she liked but kept getting shocked by the hot wire that was on the fencing. Someone saw her and brought her to the vet's office. Unfortunately nobody wanted to take on a pregnant dog so she was going to be put to sleep. They called our director and of course she couldn't let this mommy and all her babies to be put down. She jumped into action and found a sweet lady to foster them for us. On the next day which was Nov. 7, 2009 Daisy had 7 healthy little puppies.
Daisy has weaned all her puppies and was just spayed. She is a Terrier mix who weighs about 31 pounds. She is a wonderful mother and the perfect dog!! Daisy is very friendly and has a great personality. She gets along with everyone and is house broken.
Daisy's puppies are listed individually as Dude (the only male), Biscuit, and Edy.
