Putter is a gorgeous male Blue Point Siamese cat. He is neutered and up to date on all of his shots. Putter apparently had a rough life because when we found him he was all skin and bones. He was taken care of at the vet's office and has now been placed in a foster home. What Putter needs is a safe and loving permanent home to call his own.
