Casper is an adorable long haired Chihuahua/Papillon mix.  He is about 8 years old and currently weighs 12 pounds.  

This little guy was abandoned by his owner at a friends house and they released him to us.  Casper is a healthy boy but he was covered in fleas.  He has some areas of hair loss because of the fleas but that will grow in once his skin heals.  

We are going to have Casper in a foster home this week so we can update if he is house trained.  He has been good with the other rescue dogs at the vet's office and we know that he likes to give kisses.
